📌 Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in Private Equity / Alternative Investment Financial Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements for Private Equity funds, along with knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS and investment fund reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for Private Equity funds.

- Prepare Balance Sheets, Schedule of Investments (SOI), Statements of Operations, Changes in Partners’ Capital, and Cash Flow Statements.

- Perform trial balance-to-financial statement tie-outs, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

- Review financial statement classifications, disclosures, and prior-period consistency.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS reporting requirements.

- Coordinate with Fund Accounting teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.

- Support external audits and respond to financial reporting queries.

- Perform quality checks and ensure timely delivery of financial statements.

Candidate Requirements

- Good understanding of US GAAP / IFRS and investment fund reporting.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and quality review skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
